National Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse (Entrusted from the Ministry of Health and Welfare)
- Implementation of education programs and publicity activities to enhance awareness and understanding of citizens about the seriousness of child abuse and neglect.
- Establishment of cooperation systems with the related organizations and to present policies for the prevention of child abuse.

- Intake of abuse cases, spot investigation, counseling, medical treatment, social work services, educations for those who are responsible of reporting abuse cases and implementation of public campaigns.

Research Institute for the Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect
- Research and development of the child abuse prevention program (Child Empowering Service, Participatory Activity for the Prevention of Child Maltreatment)

Projects for undernourished children. - To provide children with lunch fees, open extra classes for some 1,000 children in 16 provinces and cities during summer and winter vacation period, implement special programs after classes along with school social welfare programs, and to operate small-size study rooms for children in slum areas, etc. .

 
 
   

 

Foster Care Support Project
- Operation of Foster Care Center designated by Ulsan City to help children who are abandoned by parents to be cared by foster parents.

 
 

 

Support for Children under Institutional Care
- To support 38 orphanages with education program fees for the children to grow into good citizens.

- To implement social welfare programs for people in urban slums by establishing networks with related organizations and forming volunteer groups so as to solve community problems.

Emergency Relief Project
- To give emergent relief care for those who suffer from disasters like earthquake, typhoons, war, etc.
